at Indoor Stadium, Sahrdaya CET
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
There will be 3 rounds. Each round contains a specific mark. the shortlisting will be done according to the total mark of your performance in each round. those who score the highest mark will be selected as Execom.and remaining applicant will get other relevant position according to their performance

Round 1 : Group Discussion

Given a general and recent topic. so each individual has to contribute their points either opposing/voting for the statements. It’s not like a debate so respect everyone’s response.

The purpose of GD is to find the best leader in a group. you have to be the sound and excellent team player to win this round and earn maximum points

 

Round 2: Just a Minute ( JAM)

The candidate will be given one minute to speak about a topic that will be given on the spot. vocabulary, body language, self-confidence, knowledge, critical thinking was tested in this round.

Round 3: Face -Face HR interview

The interview is done individually by calling each person according to slot wise. a judging panel of 2-3 members will evaluate your skills & attitude.  Most importantly, this is the round you can express your Ideas to reason up why you need to join IEDC & What difference you can make as leaders.
